During WWII, the term “big government” had a meaning all its own. a term used frequently in political discussions today – one side arguing against an increase in government involvement in the lives of American citizens, while the other side is for increased government assistance, etc.
Do you believe government involvement in these types of social and/or personal issues through mass media was going too far? Or was it warranted?
